JLFO launched a boutique real estate firm, The Land Managers Holdings Pte Ltd (“The Land Managers”) on 3 December 2020, with an initial capital commitment of S$250m to invest in value-add and developmental real estate opportunities in gateway cities globally across all assets.
Founded by Mr Andy Lim, Group CEO of JLFO, The Land Managers will focus on key markets such as Singapore, Greater China and Europe.

STC holds a 89.5% stake in SRE, with 10.5% owned by JLFO.

As at 31 October 2020, SRE had over S$1.4 billion in assets under management in a well-diversified investment portfolio across various asset classes spanning Australia, China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore.
